Here's it a little about us,

Josh & Amy

With a passion for great tasting beer and a desire to keep it lighthearted and whimsical, we created Liambru. Each recipe has its' own personality, and a story to match. The name Liambru, pronounced (lee-um-brew), is a spin off of our son's name that came about somewhat accidentally and it stuck. (We recently tweeked the name a bit too, from Liambru Tasty to Liambru Ale Co., same great beer, just a minor handle adjustment ;)

After several years of some pretty tasty basement chemistry, in 2018 Josh went to work on a hand-crafted, commercial brewery, using, you guessed it, our garage. So, with no where to park anymore, we were cold and motivated to begin production. Starting out with a 3-barrel system, we quickly moved up to a 7-barrel as demand grew. Canning was a much larger production than our space could handle, so, after a couple of winters canning under an outdoor tent (seriously), we knew we had to make some adjustments. Amidst the complications of the pandemic (blah blah blah), we struggled to find a solution. That's when our friends at Rutland Beer Works offered to help by brewing-up our recipes in their tanks. We've been producing there deliciously ever since!
